Virgin's Disney Springs Check-In Service permanently removed
Virgin Atlantic has recently announced that they have discontinued their Early Bag Drop Service at Disney Springs.
The news was confirmed by Virgin Atlantic's Twitter Feed today after a passenger asked whether it was set to return.
Disney Springs Check-in was previously offered as a complimentary service for Virgin Holiday customers departing Orlando via MCO back to the United Kingdom.
The Early Bag Drop Service provided a convenient option for passengers to check in and drop their bags at Disney Springs early, allowing them to avoid the hassle of doing so at the airport.
Unfortunately, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the service was discontinued due to the downturn in international travel. It was hoped it would return as flights returned to Florida, but this never materialised.
