Plans Submitted for a Huge New Hotel Near Disney Springs
A well-known hotel brand, AIC Hotel Group, is planning to build a huge new resort in Orange County, Florida. It will be located near Disney Springs and is expected to be one of the area's most luxurious and grand resorts.
The resort will have four hotels with 1,934 rooms, 16 restaurants that can serve up to 2,600 people, and an entertainment venue that can hold 1,625 people. There will also be 270 apartments that will function as Club Membership Units and a 26,000-square-foot spa.
This new resort will be located on 50 acres of land that AIC purchased for $32.75 million in 2018. It is situated north of the Orlando Marietta World Center Resort, and the plans for the new resort are finally coming to fruition. The resort will have access from Meadow Creek Drive, with north frontage on I4.
This new resort will include the Nobu Orlando resort, part of the AIC Hotel Group. It will have a Nobu restaurant that serves iconic dishes. This luxurious resort will be located near Disney World and will provide visitors with an unforgettable experience they will cherish for years.
