Adventure Island, located in Tampa, has revealed its newest attraction, Castaway Falls, opening in Spring 2024. This all-new multi-level interactive water-play attraction is designed to offer a fun-filled retreat for visitors of all ages. The attraction features more than 100 play elements, including two giant tipping buckets that dump over 1,300 gallons of water together.

Upon entering Castaway Falls, visitors will be greeted by a paradise-like ambience that immediately transports them to a watery world of excitement. The attraction boasts four exciting water slides and a range of other play elements such as soakers, flow pipes, hose jets, spray jets, water shooters, water curtains, tipping troughs, spinning and sliding buckets, and many more.

Castaway Falls replaces the former splash area and is double the size of the previous Splash Attack, making it the most significant expansion in the water park's history. The new addition promises to be bigger and splashier than ever before and will surely enhance the already fantastic experience at Adventure Island.

In addition to Castaway Falls, Adventure Island's expansion includes a park-wide modernised theme, the recently opened Shaka-Laka Shores, water slides Rapids Racer and Wahoo Remix, the renovation of Captain Pete's, the popular full-service Hang Ten Tiki Bar, and new lounging areas and cabanas. All these enhancements come together to offer visitors a completely new and exciting experience.
